Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind?
Deposits are non-refundable. Placing a deposit secures your place in the production queue and guarantees you receive your limited edition game.
When is the balance due after I pay my deposit?
The remaining balance will be charged at the time of shipping. You will be notified when your machine is ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept for the deposit?
We accept credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.
Can I pay the full amount upfront instead of just the deposit?

Yes. The "Bumper-to-Post" Limited Warranty covers every part in your new Jersey Jack Pinball Machine for 90 days from the date of delivery. The LCD monitor is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery. You must register your machine within 7 days of delivery to activate your warranty at jerseyjackpinball.com under Support > Register Your Game.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery timelines vary based on production schedules, inventory availability, and your selected delivery method. If your game is in stock and you select White Glove delivery, estimated delivery is 1-2 weeks. Your Jersey Jack Pinball representative will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.
What's included with expert assembly?
Available for all domestic orders, our White Glove delivery and setup is a two or three-man delivery team which will bring the game inside your home or business and will bring the game up or down any stairs needed. The delivery team will then unbox the game, attach the legs, lock the backbox into place, and remove all packing materials. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks if your game is in stock.
